What is the oxygen saturation and heart rate measurement interval and transmission interval?

1. (Measurement interval) Both heart rate and oxygen saturation are measured every 4 seconds.
2. (Transmission interval) The case of the caution range value and the case of the normal range value are handled differently.
- In case of caution value: If the measured value is out of the normal range set by the user, it is transmitted immediately after measurement to enable quick response to the caution value.
- In case of normal range: If the measured value is within the range of the normal value set by the user, there are two transmission period.
From birth to 1 year old, two measurements are collected every 4 seconds and transmitted once every 8 seconds.
From 1 year old to 3 years old, 3 measurements are collected every 4 seconds and transmitted once every 12 seconds.

Is there a time limit per day that my baby can wear?

There is no maximum time limit your baby can wear during the day.
The band can be worn by the baby except for the battery charging time.
In particular, for sleep analysis, it is recommended to wear it for at least 6 consecutive hours during sleep time.

How long is the warranty period?

What should I do if the communication is lost or the battery is low?

1) WiFi communication between gateway and smartphone
A common way is to connect the gateway (AIMON dedicated gateway) with a WiFi router to connect to the cloud.
In an external environment where the WiFi connection is unstable, it is easy to connect the gateway to the cloud through smartphone tethering.
In places where Wifi is not available, the gateway and the paired phone are temporarily connected through Bluetooth communication.
2) Bluetooth communication between band and gateway
If the band and the gateway are far apart or there is an obstacle in the middle, communication may not be possible temporarily.
Please keep the recommended distance.
3) Battery notes
The band can be used without power connection for 12 to 14 hours when fully charged.
Please use the gateway by connecting it to the power adapter.
And since the band's charge is displayed on the app's system status information, you can easily check the battery charging time.

I charged the band, but the LED indicator shows that charging is insufficient. (How to check?)

(1) Things to check if charging is not good after the first purchase or charging does not work during use.
If the band you purchased for the first time does not charge, please peel off the vinyl used for the baby-contact skin side.
Vinyl is used to protect the baby's skin contact surface. If this vinyl is attached, the band will not charge.
If charging does not work well during use, check if there are foreign substances (liquid, dust, etc.) on the charging pin of the band, then wipe it off with a cotton swab.
(2) After discharging the band, it takes about 2 hours to fully charge it, and it can be used for about 12 to 14 hours when fully charged.
When purchasing the band for the first time, attach the band to the charging cradle and fully charge the band for 2-3 hours for the first 2-3 times. This is a good charging method to learn the band battery charge capacity.
(3) Checklist when shaking the band to check the band charging capacity
When the band is shaken, the LED of the PPG window blinks several times. If it blinks briefly and stops, it may be a battery discharge, but it may also occur in a location where communication between the band and the gateway is not possible while charging.
Charge both the band and the gateway, and shake the band in the same area within the recommended distance to check charging and use. Since Bluetooth communicates with weak radio waves, blinking may stop if there is an obstacle such as a wall.
(The WIFI between the gateway and the router allows communication even between unblocked compartments)
(4) Regarding the inconvenience caused by learning the wrong band battery charge capacity,
If it is repeated several times that the battery is not charged sufficiently due to a short charge such as 1 hour after the first purchase, the charging capacity is incorrectly learned.
Incorrect charging capacity learning causes a small charge in a short time to be mistakenly recognized as a large charge, which makes it easier to discharge and shortens the usage time.
Since the amount of charge is small, it is discharged even after a short period of use, so frequent recharging is required, which may cause inconvenience to use.
(5) Regarding the re-learning of the band battery charge capacity,
Attach the band to the charging cradle, charge it for 3 hours, and use it until the remaining amount is 10-30%. After that, charge it for about 3 hours.
Repeat these charging and discharging several times (2 to 3 times) to learn good charging capacity.
(6) Check the remaining battery level during use
You can check the remaining battery level in 'comm. check' in app 'settings' or 'system status info'(heart mark) in 'accumulated info'.

It is recommended to place the band and gateway within 10M and cry detection within 5M in the same place.
Please set the gateway and Wi-Fi (router) within 20M.
If you are using your mobile phone with Wi-Fi (including tethering), you can use it outside regardless of distance.
